Not sure where they came up with the list price on this one, but when I went in a few months ago, it needed work. You don't expect to buy a near million dollar home that needs work (hardwoods buckled in the basement and deck was warped). It's been on the market for over 2 years. That's what happens when you price it too high and don't have it "show ready". In addition, it has a strange layout in my opinion. There is a home in this neighborhood that you would love and much less $ (it's not on the market right now, so contact me for more info).
